These cover this website and the waitlist. They are short because there isn’t much here yet — you can’t buy anything and you can’t download anything.

What this site is

A description of a product that isn’t finished. Bodega has never been publicly released. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell, and there is no price, because pricing hasn’t been settled.

The waitlist

Joining means we email you when the thing you ticked exists. That’s the whole arrangement. It isn’t a purchase, a reservation, or a promise that any particular version ships — we might build Windows and Linux, and we might not.

We won’t use your address to sell you unrelated things. You can leave at any time from the link in any email we send.

The software, when it exists

Bodega is proprietary. It isn’t open source, and nothing here grants you a right to copy, modify or redistribute it. When there is something to download, it will come with its own terms, and those will govern the app rather than these.

No warranty

This site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and up, and we don’t promise either. If something here turns out to be wrong or the site is unavailable, we’re not liable for what follows.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Fair use of the form

Please don’t submit addresses that aren’t yours, or automate signups. We’ll remove entries that look like either.

Changes

These may change. The date at the top says when they last did.
